MINI CLUBMAN

No other small car I have driven feels as grown up, well built or upmarket as the MINI Clubman. Add a superbly designed cabin to that refinement and this British-built estate is truly impressive. The layout of the dash is excellent, and I especially like the way the centre of the rev counter has a duplicate display to show speed, trip information plus this example comes with the all important Panoramic Sunshine Roof! The controls are wonderfully accurate, while the sharp steering, smooth throttle response and slick gearshift are a constant reminder of the depth of engineering quality. There's no doubt about it – with its superb blend of fun, frugality and refinement, this car is a real winner.
